ORIGINE. Patronyme. Prénom Guilhamou = Guilhem (guillaume en français) + suffixe diminutif -ou = Petit Guilhaume. Les terrains appartenant au Petit Guillaume. Maintenant bois au-dessus des Sarradièras.
DISCUSSION : Lecture aberrante puis transcription aberrante en 1935 du toponyme inscrit correctement sur le cadastre de 1810. Le vrai toponyme doit être restitué.
